A water-based silicone rubber liquid water shield that seals a multitude of surfaces with just one coat.
Can be applied with a brush, roller or sprayer or be mixed into water-based paints or coatings.
Protects while allowing the coating to breathe and flex (up to 300% which helps prevent cracking and peeling).
Can substantially prolong the life of any porous surface with no need for seasonal recoating.
Effective deck sealer for wood decks. Easy deck sealing application, sealant breathes but seal is good for deck waterproofing.

Apply Water Shield to clean surfaces as little as once every 5 years.
